• Account Profile Information: Full name, email address, password hashes, and profile avatars collected during registration or Google OAuth handshake.
• Usage Analytics & Prompts: Texts, variables, configurations, negative prompts, aspect ratios, and model choices input into our rendering fields.
• Asset History Metadata: Output URLs, generation durations, timestamps, and credit consumption totals generated under your active account.
• Technical Diagnostic Metadata: Device details, browser agents, IP addresses, access timings, and API latency trackers.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is utilized solely to deliver and optimize CinxAI services, including:

• Managing accounts, processing sign-ins, and auditing active authorization states.
• Executing visual and video generation commands on physical server nodes.
• Tracking active subscription states, billing configurations, and credit balances.
• Troubleshooting server issues, optimizing rendering times, and preventing system abuse.
• Dispatched support communication regarding account events, policy updates, and ticket notifications.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information or generation assets to third-party brokers or advertisers.

We share your data only with specific vetted third parties necessary to operate:

• Core infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosters, databases).
• Third-party AI inference endpoints (see Section 5).
• Vetted payment clearing networks (see Section 4).
• Legal authorities when strictly compelled under valid subpoenas.

4. Payment Processing

Financial transactions, payment plans, and credit top-up payments are securely managed through our payment gateways (such as Paddle or Whop).

5. Third-Party AI Services

CinxAI hooks into external state-of-the-art AI model networks (like Flux, Midjourney API, Kling, Luma) to execute generative prompts. When you generate an asset:

• Only your prompt, configurations, aspect ratio, and necessary reference inputs are shared with the inference engines.
• No account names, emails, or personal identifiers are passed to these external model hosts.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account profiles, generation records, and billing metadata for as long as your account remains active.

Account Erasure (GDPR / CCPA): You have a right to close your account and request full data erasure at any time. Simply submit a data erasure request through our `/support` page or email `privacy@cinxai.com`. Erasure queries are completed within 30 days, deleting all profile records, custom generations, and credit history completely.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We utilize secure cookies and local storage to keep you logged in between sessions and to capture basic platform performance telemetry (via Google Analytics). You can manage or disable cookie tracking in your browser settings, though doing so might affect account sign-in persistence.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your global location, you possess standard data rights including:

• Access to a full diagnostic export of all data stored under your account.
• Rectification of inaccurate emails or names in your settings.
• Opt-out rights for promotional platform emails (unsubscribing takes 1-click in the email footer).

9. Children's Privacy

CinxAI is not designed for or intentionally directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected profile details from a user under 13, we will delete those records immediately.
